Payment Policy
At Shelters and Canopies (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd) we aim to make paying for your order simple and secure. Please read our payment terms below.
Placing an order
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
- We deliver to UK addresses only — see our Shipping Policy for delivery areas.
- We sell to both private and business customers, including schools, councils and other organisations.
Buying online
- Choose your shelter and the options you need on the product page, then add it to your basket.
- When you are ready, go to the checkout to complete your purchase.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system — we never see or store your full card details.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
- If you think you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us straight away. Made-to-order items cannot be changed once production has started.
Prices and VAT
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
- The price updates as you choose options on the product page, and any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- A VAT invoice is available on request — email us with your order number.
