6m Wide Single Bay Vehicle Shelter – Galvanised Steel Valeting Bay with Twin Wall Polycarbonate Roof

A single open-fronted bay measuring 6m wide by 6 m deep, standing 2.4 m to the roof. It gives one vehicle a covered, well-lit working space, so it suits a valeting bay, a handover or inspection area, or simply keeping a car, van or plant machinery under cover.

The frame is built from 50 mm square hollow section steel. The roof is sheeted in 6 mm twin wall polycarbonate and the sides and rear in 3 mm clear Pet-G UV2, so daylight reaches right into the bay while the shell takes the weather off the vehicle and whoever is working on it. The structure is ventilated by design rather than sealed, so it is a shelter rather than a watertight building.

Choose above ground feet for an existing concrete base, or below ground feet to be concreted into prepared holes. Pick a galvanised only or powder coated only finish at no extra cost, or combine the two, and add cloaking trims to the sheet edges if you want a tidier, tougher join.
